I no longer work over any other tech's work. This was a hard decision, but for the well being of your nails & my brand I only offer work I can 100% guarantee. Removal will be required before booking, or will need to be scheduled prior.

Bare nails with a card on file and a non-refundable deposit of $30 are required.

If you show up to your appointment with nails and a removal was not scheduled, your appointment will be marked as a no-show as this is a policy clients agree to upon booking.

WHAT'S YOUR
"LIFE POLICY"?

It's not a late policy because life isn't guaranteed! I realize it's hard estimating design timeframes, and I run late too - we're only human! As long as you are no later than 15 minutes, your appointment will remain the same.

The policy goes both ways - If I cancel I will compensate you for your time, and I expect the same. My day-of cancellation fee is 100% of the total, no matter the circumstance. Each client is required to have a card on file.

If you come to me with a genuine concern or issue, I'm more than happy  to be flexible -
especially for my regular clients who also make me a priority.

WHAT ARE YOUR NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICIES?

NO SHOWS: 100% of the service scheduled will be charged to the card on file to compensate for my time.

CANCELLATIONS: Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice upon rescheduling
to fill your spot or this will result in 50% of the scheduled service.

WHAT'S A CUSTOM SET
VS A FREESTYLE SET?

A custom set is made based around a theme, concept, or inspiration brought
by the client beforehand. The client pulls direct inspiration or has a goal in mind, but is open to creative liberties and concepts.

A freestyle set gives me total creative freedom over your nails, and gives you
a chance to sit back and relax, no thoughts needed. When this set is scheduled, no changes are made during or after the appointment.

Custom sets are $130 and
Freestyle sets are $115
.

WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING
DIFFERENT THAN I SCHEDULED?

Payment for the services you scheduled will be required day-of, even if you are wanting less than the scheduled total.
(For example, you booked nail art but only want a solid color.)

Please make arrangements prior to your appointment to avoid extra fees.

WHAT SHOULD I DO
BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Send nail inspo, request snacks, use the bathroom, and put your headphones in
for a quiet appointment before the start of your appointment time.

Please also complete any calls prior to your appointment. This is to ensure I
deliver the best possible outcomes for you, and in our scheduled amount of time!

The same goes for touching anything - including your hair, skin, and clothing - during our appointment time.

CAN I BRING
MY KID(S)?

No kids, no matter what. Kids can bring a lot of stress to me and other Ruhe artists, as well as our clients, and can cause me to run behind on our appointment timeframe. The Ruhe isn't a kid-friendly space, and we want to ensure that everyone in The Ruhe has a safe, professional, and relaxing experience.
